staff welcoming location near to duke university.
no room service. noise around night time no toothpaste no toothbrush fridge empty bad smell in the room very slow elevator difficulties in paying the bill. very expensive for such services.

Very clean and convenient. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was great. a great place to stay in Durham.
Bathroom needs an exhaust fan badly. Room was totally fogged up when taking a shower. also breakfast could use more gluten free options.

The location was good, staff was incredibly nice. 30 minutes' ride to the airport. Exceptionally comfortable beds, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave oven and a refrigerator in the room.

Had an awesome getaway with friends! We caught a show at the Durham Performing Arts Center and the next day visited the nearby wildlife preserve. The staff were super friendly, and the breakfast buffet was one of the best I've had. Definitely would recommend this place for group trips!

thoroughly enjoyed this hotel, had very nice experience. i stayed here for 1 night, the property was newly decorated, with favourable location adjacent to food area and easy to access shopping and duke university. the hotel took care of the friendly service.

Group getaway destination
I gotta say, breakfast was pretty solid with a nice variety, thought I would've preferred warm eggs, but that hostess really did a fantastic job. The location was ideal for my group since it was easy to access places we wanted to check out.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but you know, it was still acceptable.
